WHEN BUYING FOR A FRIEND: A digital gift card will be delivered to your friend’s email address. Please check the email address you enter carefully, as gift cards are non-refundable. As soon as you see the confirmation after checkout, your gift card will be on its way to your friend’s inbox!

Gift Card Terms & Conditions
TERMS OF USE: Treat this gift card as cash. This card has no expiry date. Your Gift Card may be redeemed for purchases in salon at Hair Theatre Albury in Australia or online at hair-salon-albury.com. If the purchase exceeds the available Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid using other available payment options. Gift cards are non-refundable. By purchasing you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: Our system has been occasionally sending 2 gift cards to the recipient by mistake. Please note that if you purchase 1, only 1 will be valid for redemption.
Product Exchange and Returns.
Any exchange of products must be made within 7 DAYS of purchase with a receipt.
Items presented for exchange must be in the same condition as they were when initially sold (unused, boxed, etc).
A credit note will not be issued unless the item has a manufacturing fault and proof of purchase is produced to our staff.
Electrical items will only be exchanged as per the manufacturer’s warranty and only on items found to be faulty as a result of manufacturing and not misuse.
There is no exchange on the following: hair accessories, hair pieces, combs and brushes due to health regulations.
Hair Theatre accepts no responsibility for any professional hair product application that has been applied outside the salon.
No warranty is issued on Hair extensions that we have installed that were not purchased through our salon.
For a full warranty on all hair extensions we request that you are using our X-Ten Hair Extension range.
We will ask for Proof of purchase when making a warranty claim.
Product Shipping Policy
All shipments will be carried out by Australia Post.
Orders in the Albury area (Postcodes 2641, 2640, 3690) will be charged at a flat rate of $10.
Orders anywhere else in Australia will be charged at a flat rate of $20.
Orders over $250 receive FREE shipping Australia wide.
Hair Theatre will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged AFTER delivery has taken place.
Hair Theatre are always at hand to follow up any missing or lost parcels with our delivery service providers and please be rest assured, that we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
During the order process, it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense to correct the problem. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage to goods arising from a late delivery.
Orders can take up to a maximum of 14 days for delivery, although we always endeavour to get it to you as quick as possible.
